This fall you’ll want to make a stop at Robertson Orchards of Door County and pick some of your favorite apples. These orchards are located on a 6th-generation family farm that specializes in pick-your-own apples AND cherries. Wood Orchard Market
Next on our list is the Wood Orchard Market. Not only is this an apple orchard, but it’s also a market and bakery! Here you’ll find anything from home decor and gifts, to women’s clothing and jewelry, children’s items, pet items, and even specialty food items like, jams, jellies, dressings, pickles, and more. After hitting up their market, head over to their bakery and enjoy some of their fresh breads, pies, cookies, and apple cider donuts. Wood Orchard Market is truly unique. Totally delicious. Delightfully Door County!
Soren’s Valhalla Orchards
Soren’s Valhalla Orchards is a family-owned and operated farm known for their mission and values of sustainable agriculture and preserving the heritage of fruit growing in Door County! They have some of the best apples, strawberries, and cherries. This is the perfect place for a family day! Their season runs from mid-to-late September through Mid-October, but you can check their website for exact opening dates.
Choice Orchard
Pick apples with your family, have a fall picnic, or stroll through the tree maze at Choice Orchard! This orchard is the perfect place for not only apple picking, but also cherries, gifts, tasty treats, and more. They’re usually open July through October, but make sure to be on the look out for exact opening dates on their website!
